Following on from GMB Congress 2023, it is GMB Union Policy to campaign for:
· Restorative pay rises and fully funded settlements across the public sector.
· Fundamental reforms to the Pay Review Body process.
· Immediate and substantial investment in public sector pay as part of the wider programme to rebuild our essential public services.
GMB fully intends to campaign for a consolidated pay award that is fully funded and seeks to restore earnings. But we want to hear from you on the important issue of your pay! Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey.
